Abstract Transport infrastructures, such as bridges, located in seismically active regions are potential exposure due to seismic hazards. A bridge collapse can have tremendous consequences because they provide vital links a transportation system. Cross border region historically is very well known territory characterized with high risk. For that purpose, this study related the identification of hazard cross-border harmonization vulnerability assessment risk based on defined levels and definition reliable simply supported girders bridge, which main typology scheme. This presents an analytical method predict damage exceedance probabilities events using development fragility curves. The proposed framework demonstrated by performing case highway bridges cross Albanian Greece North Macedonia. Bridge established each state probabilistic structural capacity. demand exceeds capacity analyzed, displaying results curves bridges.
